1.5 years later.....down 63lbs. I was showing my family the full body pics, telling them to look at the change in my stomach. Never even looked at my face until my niece pointed out the neck! there are small set backs, skips, and falls but getting back up and fighting for what you want is all that matters. #dowork#fattofit#20lbsin6weeks#igotthis
Cub Scout rank advancement. Proud of these boys, they have experienced a lot of life's firsts this past year. They are starting to see the benefits of work and perseverance. #accomplishments#cubscouts#dowork
LOCK your feet in place...even pressure across your foot. Lock in your upper and middle back to get right and pull the slack out of the bar. THEN PULL!
POP your lockout with speed. Be aggressive and pop your hips through by squeezing your glutes and flexing your quads to make sure you lock your knees. Getting called for soft knees SUCKS!
Do not DROP! To each their own, but not staying right controlling the weight down to the floor is cheating yourself. You are missing the opportunity to strengthen your posterior chain! Even if you reset each rep, work both ends of the lift.
WATCH TILL THE END
Don’t give up... when you get tired🤬, frustrated, feel like you see no progress in a result... all that matters is you stay consistent, be coachable🤲🏼, open for feedback and get your ass back up and finish strong

This shit isn't easy... but everyday is a new opportunity to work because you never know how many days you have left.
So quit wasting time making excuses, procrastinating or whatever other bullshit you think is stopping you. Look around and there's ALWAYS going to be someone who is better off or worse in their life so quit comparing to others and be the best fucking version of yourself EVERY DAMN DAY! -
Waking up 4:30am for cardio, prepping meals everyday eating the same shit day after day, 2-3 hour workouts after working 9-10 hours during the day, balancing that with school and the biggest stressor is always life taking swings day in and day out! -
I promise you, this shit pays off! The greatest struggle and pain become the most amazing success and pride #barbarianlifestyle#barbarianlife#iam1stphorm -
If you think this new gear gear is dope, that's because it is! #Duespaid#100to0#1pbarbenders@1stphorm@andyfrisella
After last night’s workout I was dreading tonight, but I got it done and kicked ass! If this new program has done anything it’s improved my leg strength.
Three exercises focused on quads. Standard squats, leg extensions, and hack squats. On and leg exercises it’s crucial to get set correctly and maintain form. If you struggle with form drop weight or go without weight. The easiest way to get injured with legs is sacrificing form for weight. On hack squats you should feel a spring back up naturally at the bottom of your movement. On standard squat you should keep core and back engaged and knees slightly bent, leg extensions make sure you are going past 90° on the downward movement.
My daughter, who before today could not swim at all and was barely brave enough to stick her head under water, taught herself to swim because she wanted to be able to play with the big kids in the deeper end. I have never been so in awe of someone in my LIFE! Not only did she learn how to swim, but she found she prefers to swim under water instead of head out, AND she likes to open her eyes to see what's going on. I can never use another excuse again. #dowork@mennotti843
