Sprinkled a little Go Veggie Parm Cheese
The secret to the perfect veggie pizza, and to avoid bland mushy toppings:
Take your fresh* veggies and cut up small (we added portobello, onion, broccoli, fresh garlic, diced cherry tomatoes and peppers)
Take them and spray with a little EVOO.
Sprinkle in salt, pepper, garlic, oregano to taste
Once your dough is on your stone, add sauce (a good one!*) and toppings right on top.
Bake 425 for 10 min, put directly on rack for another few minutes to crisp up perfectly.
