I actually am not a big fan of Starbucks at all., I'll settle with it if it's convenient at times.
Well I thought they were trying to be good and promote their good earth saving ways...I forwarned that I had a cup please do not waste a plastic cup! And as I handed the guy my 16 oz cup "Starbucks brand" he had already made my tea in their plastic cup...
I said wait no you were suppose to use this (mine), and he said oh dang it, and I said will you make sure to recycle that then!????
And guess what!? At one of the most popular Starbucks busiest Starbucks... They don't recycle.
Pist me off, not at the guy but in amazement that such a big company can't make this happen at every Starbucks., so I read up on it on their web, and I guess 67% do recycle. And in their explaination they say how hard it is to make this happen at each location. So irritating.! There are so many things out there that are much harder to make happen... But recycling at a dang coffee shop?
But I did find this cool eco Starbucks pic they have on their web... But no still irritated that's the prob with huge companies tho., smaller coffee shops can run all the same great sales and promote products that help other countries etc,,, and recycle their trash!!!, oh and small local owned shops also can make their coffee with almond milk and coconut milk and organic as well!, #starbuckssucks and hasn't invited these creamers in yet, when sooooooo many of us uses these creamers! It's not just MILK and SOY!
