Will not sacrifice pizza for gluten @simplemills . .
We’re on our way to Hawaii, land of fresh delicious fruit, and all I can think about is pizza! ♀️ fun fact: when I was younger I told my Mom I would eat three things: pizza, pasta and hot dogs...oh how times have changed! .
There are a few places in Portland like @kensartisan that I will eat full-gluten pizza every now and then. They source their ingredients well and do everything house such that I don’t get a big reaction after eating there. Most times though, C and I make our own at home using simple mills pizza crust. It is hands down THE BEST gluten free mix on the market. .
Very rarely do I find off the shelf products that I like because for a while most of the “health foods” on the market were full of junk ingredients. Despite being a mix, all of the ingredients are real foods. All you have to do is add in ACV, water, and oil and boom, pizza dough. So far my favorite combo (see above) is roasted beet and crimini with a walnut-kale pesto and fresh arugula topped with a drizzle of fig vinegar from @oregonolivemill and @kitehillfoods almond ricotta
