“It is finished” are the last words Jesus said on the cross, often times we don’t really reflect on what “it” really is. The word “it” is representing sin, all SIN and ANYTHING that is not from God in your life.
The sins that we always need forgiveness for, the ones that can potentially cause any kinds of sickness over our bodies, the ones we don’t want to talk about, the ones we need to confess, the ones that poorly hide in deep little corners of our minds and hearts, the ones we think we have control of, the ones that we really reflect among others. IT also represents being finished with any diseases in your body, Christ finished those diseases off at the Calvary.
I mean, our Jesus, JESUS became our sin in order for it to be slain, for sin to die. So that we are able to see that the second we meet Him is the second that anger, depressions, disease, addiction, selfishness, isolation, lack of identity, hypocrisy, shame, etc, HAS ENDED. Slain at the Calvary.
In Jesus we find grace, relationship, peace, forgiveness, redemption, oneness, salvation, unity, community, light, joy, healing, truth, LOVE and life!
Fill yourself with the love that God has given us through Jesus, and remind yourself that “it” you feel is too much for you, IT IS NO MATCH for the Jesus in your life. #forthemasses #forthemassesco
