This recipe makes your pizza much more healthy!
.
- 2 tablespoons salt-free tomato basil and garlic seasoning blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12-inch, whole-wheat pizza crust, thin, pre-baked
- 4 red tomatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 3/4 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

Directions
1. Place rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 400 °F.
2. In a small bowl, mix tomato, basil, garlic seasoning blend with olive oil.
3. Place pizza crust on pizza pan. Brush pizza dough with olive oil blend, reserve remainder.
4. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss vegetables and remaining olive oil blend.
5. Spread coated vegetables evenly over pizza dough, leaving about 1/2-inch border around the edges. Top vegetables with shredded cheese.
6. Bake 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. .

Alcohol is the single most destructive substance we can ingest from a metabolic perspective as it derails our metabolism by forcing the body to abandon its normal course of digesting food into an emergency breaking down of alcohol. Meet Peter. He is a 68 year old #cyclist cyclist 🚴‍♀️ and #spin instructor. BACK TO SCHOOL HEALTH TIPS FOR CHILDREN

As our young ones have resumed school to acquire the education needed to move them forward, parents these are health tips you need to know to improve their productivity. ~ Organize their Backpack by ensuring heavier items are placed closest to the center of the bag. ~ The backpack should never weigh more than 10% to 20% of your child's body weight to avoid body strain. ~ Go through the pack with your child weekly, and remove needless items ~ Remind your child to always use both shoulder straps; because slinging a backpack over one shoulder can strain muscles and lead to bone dislocation. ~ Children should always board and exit the bus at locations that provide safe access to the bus or to the school building. ~ Eating on the bus can present a problem for students with allergy and also lead to infestations of insects and vermin on the vehicles; kindly check on the school's policy regarding food eating in the bus. ~ You should enforce seat belt use, and do not allow eating, drinking, cell phone conversations, texting or other mobile device use to prevent driver distraction. ~ Make sure your child's walk to school is a safe route; Identify other children in the neighborhood with whom your child can walk with to school. ~ Studies have shown that children who eat a nutritious breakfast functions better as they posses a higher concentration and energy ~ Each 12-ounce soft drink contains approximately 10 teaspoons of sugar and 150 calories. Drinking just one can of soda a day increases a child's risk of obesity by 60%.
Choose healthier options (such as water and appropriately sized juice and low-fat dairy products) to send in your child's lunch. ~ Be a positive role mode. Show children they can get what they want without teasing, threatening or hurting someone. ~ Teach them how to learn to respect and share love.
