It’s Thirsty Thursday!!!!! Who's drinking their recommended water intake?!?♀️ Did you know? Glucose cannot leave the body without a water molecule attached via urination. Thirst is your body's cue for help in removing excess glucose. Drinking water and going to the bathroom are PLAN A to get glucose out of your system.
Plan B? Fat storage. Yep. So basically, if you don't want to be inconvenienced by frequent bathroom visits you are choosing fat storage. Be smart. Drink your water! And if it takes getting a pretty, fun tumbler to have to drink out of for you to get it all in (1/2 your body weight in ounces), do it!

In an attempt to drink more water throughout the day, I started using refillable cups with straws a few weeks ago. Because for some reason, I will drink water out of a straw more often than if I have to open a cap (♀️ go figure). I have also dropped 2 of my water containers and broken them in the last few weeks (cause I’m spastic).
