HAPPY SATURDAY! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ oh hey 👋🏽 me in the gym this morning, so happy i made it! i had a get a good sweaty session in before i started my weekend because i’m currently gone to manchester for the night!🕺🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ today i did film my ab session too! short but effective with minimal rest to get your heart rate up and them abs werkin’!🔥 i thought i’d film this workout because i do get a few messages asking me what’s the best way to target the lower trunk and there are literally sooo many effective exercises you can do to target that area, but your nutrition is what’s most important. you can’t overtrain a bad diet! always remember that! so if you feel your nutrition is lacking then i highly recommend making changes! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ so that video should be up tomorrow!💪🏽🎥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ anyways hope you all have a fun weekend, mine may or may not include pink gin 👀
Alright so here we go time for a little transparency. I am super excited to have been back into my daily routine because the last 2 months I have been slacking in my gym attendance😟 and noticed the loss of my gainz (not loss of results but more of looking deflated lol) due to not going to the gym for about 3 months😭😭 for those of you who dont know I recently lost my dad so that took a HUGE toll on me and well lets just say I was not myself BUT! I am doing much better now and have been going to the gym consistently for the past 2 weeks and let me tell ya!!!! My baby gainz are coming back but I am not stopping there, I am going to get bigger & stronger because lets be honest theres always room for improvement in oneself. Happy Saturday friends :)! Woke up around 5:30 on accident and went to the spin class at my gym at 6 to get some cardio in🙌🏼! I don’t mind waking up early because that means I have the whole day ahead of me to get stuff done🤗! Sleeping in for me is like 7:30 am!! I just completed my first full hour on the stair master. What’s special about it is, yesterday I had a small breakdown tears and all! Why? Because for the past month I’ve been training super hard at the gym and in the kitchen for a very BIG goal that I have and yesterday my results didn’t match my efforts. I was super discouraged! Like why I always gotta work twice as hard to get what my heart desires. So this morning I woke up to do my usual Saturday faster cardio which is normally just 30 min on the stair master and then I’m done. But today I felt a push to do more! A push to kill that defeated mindset once and for all. So I say SO WHAT I have to work twice as hard that most people to reach my goals. I’m building a mental endurance that cannot and will not be defeated. So today I not only did I push past my normal 30 min, I also pushed past negative self talk and a defeated why me attitude. Just call me Tenacious Tasha cause I’m going for everything I want...and imma get it to! Be encouraged and fight like hell for what you want!
