Shoulders are popping today! Getting a pretty heavy traps and shoulders in! Wrist guards or wrist protectors perhaps? I don’t know the name for them. Nevertheless, it is what I use to cure aching wrists.
When I lift often and in long periods I can feel pain in my wrists during random motions during a normal day.
If the pain originates from martial arts, lifting weights or an old injury from work - I will never know. But I do not want to stop lifting weights.
When can I rest my wrists? When I sleep!
These protect my wrists from a bad position while I am asleep. The wrists will keep a straight position through the night.
Plenty of uses. People can get them from doctors if they have damaged their wrist and I suppose they remind me of the protective gear used when snowboarding.

It may not look it. But there has been so much progress made in the last couple weeks. Still fighting bouts of pain, especially after doing some movement. But overall it's a huge stride.
Hopefully be able to get back to normal, and back to where everything was. The fight isn't over yet.
