A little Ab routine from my Saturday weights session. Combined with running and my classes I teach I do;
1-2 weighted sessions a week
2-4 runs a week (meant to be 4!)
And 3 classes a week
Keeps me fit, lean but with 2000 calories plus keeps my muscles going too!!
I'm not looking at growing muscle at the moment only keeping what muscle I have for now :)
Looking at speed at the moment whilst distance isn't too high for my runs but slowly building up to 50ks :)

Throwbacks on Tuesday count right?♀️ here’s me and an international bikini pro battling it out for that top ten spot in the China Superseries! as we know I didn’t make the cut.. (this time anyway) so instead placed what I think was 11th/30ish girls. After the announcement of the @pca_official worlds last night I can’t stop looking back at the show pictures and trying to really pinpoint what improvements need to be made
