re•lent•less -/ 1. oppressively constant; incessant.
2. harsh or inflexible. •••••••••
••••••••• Every single day, someone asks how I have the motivation to workout and eat healthy. Every time it's always a question of self restraint or will power, as if just 20% of the human population was made to be fit.
I wake up every day and I do exactly what I love. I lift weights or I circuit train, I eat waffles as if they will be discontinued at any moment, and I don't say no to hard things.
The term relentless resonates with me because I do not have some magical gift that caused me to change my life. I had a goal - and I have NOT been flexible about it. That doesn't mean my journey has been linear or perfect (feel free to ask me how little restraint I have around chocolate). It means that despite every obstacle I encounter, I choose to work towards my goals anyway. I refuse to give up. I am, by definition - incessant- when it comes to chasing my dreams.
So when life gets you down, or you have a goal that's feeling far away, sit down and ask yourself - am I being relentless? And I doing whatever it takes to reach this goal? What can I do better?
I don't want you to be flexible about your goals. I don't want anyone I know with a dream to half ass anything. Get flexible with your life so you can accomplish WHAT TRULY MATTERS. Be oppressively constant. Show up, every fucking day. Don't take no for an answer. Don't give up on what you want, and don't waste any time being anything less than relentless in your pursuit for goals. I can do it, and I KNOW you can too. It won't be easy, but nothing worthwhile in life comes easy ♀️ #jumprope #gymastics #wod #crossfit #motivation #pullup #wakeup #riseansgrind #motivationalquotes #powerliftinggirls #booty #fitchicks #fitlife #reality #chooseyou #juststrong #sweatitout #athlete #trending #treadon
