Everyone bloats. It’s annoying as heck but it’s a natural thing that happens to everyone. Don’t let your bloating cause you to be self-conscious about yourself. .

Hello, belly bloat
When I was consistently bloated for months on end before I figured out my triggers, bloat ruled my entire life. It had total control over how I felt about myself, what clothes I wore, my self talk, energy levels, and if I was worthy of hanging out with people or not. The bloat-anxiety-depression cycle was ruthless. Bloat gave me anxiety which caused depression which caused more bloat.
But as uncomfortable as bloat is, it doesn’t rule me anymore. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it comes and goes. I do everything I can in my power to avoid getting bloated. I have all the tools I need, and sometimes it still comes up. Today’s bloat is brought to you by last night’s glutenous pizza, which was worth every ounce. Yes, this bloat is painful AF and not my best moment. But my mindset is this: I choose to go on with my day, giving myself everything I need: the space, grace, and love to feel whatever I need to feel. I am equipped with the knowledge that it won’t last forever and also, its kinda cute. #bloatisbeautiful #leefromamerica .
