I think this is my first time winning a @fitbit challenge! I’m not a competitive person so I never went out of my way to try to win. I did a lot of walking over the weekend as well as my usual workouts and I won the weekend warrior challenge. This makes me happy because I went years without exercising and now I work out for a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 6 times a week. I have big goals in mind so I have gone to 2-a-day workouts over the past 3 months and I usually get over 60 minutes a day. After getting fed up and frustrated with my weight loss stall I tried to evaluate what the people who were losing weight were doing. I noticed they were tracking their calories and working out like crazy. That’s what I tried to do and I think it worked for me because I hit a new low weight of 206 this week. I’m only 7 pounds away from #onederland! Can I make it there by my goal of July 31? Today was cake day. I guess sometimes you just have to get cake and eat it too. Just means you’re a slave to the gym the next day
Sunday Gym Sessions. Today was a bit of a though one for me because I usually lift twice as heavy as this. Due to a wrist injury about 3 weeks ago which still hasn't healed I had to drop down in weight. If you've had injuries whilst training it is important that you drop down the weights and not aggravate the injury. Once youre back to feeling your sexy strong self, well there are no excuses then ;)
Thank goodness it is the weekend .... this only means one thing. CHEAT DAYYYYY !!!!
