I think this is my first time winning a @fitbit challenge! I’m not a competitive person so I never went out of my way to try to win. I did a lot of walking over the weekend as well as my usual workouts and I won the weekend warrior challenge. This makes me happy 😄 because I went years without exercising and now I work out for a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 6 times a week. I have big goals in mind so I have gone to 2-a-day workouts over the past 3 months and I usually get over 60 minutes a day. After getting fed up and frustrated with my weight loss stall I tried to evaluate what the people who were losing weight were doing. I noticed they were tracking their calories and working out like crazy. That’s what I tried to do and I think it worked for me because I hit a new low weight of 206 this week. I’m only 7 pounds away from #onederland! Can I make it there by my goal of July 31? I’m not sure but I’m going to try. 😊

3rd week of my second cycle of 5/3/1 program.

1st vid (last set): 220x1+ (6reps done)
2nd vid (second set): 200x3
3rd vid (1st set): 175x5
Rarely post any benchpress videos cuz I got what I consider for myself a kinda poverty bench 🤣 Have definitely improved on it and strength is growing as I’m improving and growing in squat and deadlift all together. Always have a spotter nearby, so I had the homie @andytru0ng there as well at the homie Tito there for video and support. Chasing that 275lb bench but it could be higher in the end.
Squat and deadlift videos for this last week of the second cycle to come before I decide if I want to take a deload before the third cycle.

Sunday Gym Sessions. Today was a bit of a though one for me because I usually lift twice as heavy as this. Due to a wrist injury about 3 weeks ago which still hasn't healed I had to drop down in weight. If you've had injuries whilst training it is important that you drop down the weights and not aggravate the injury. Once youre back to feeling your sexy strong self, well there are no excuses then ;)
