I’ve been working out at gyms all over UK and Europe every single day that I’ve been on vacation, but.. there’s no place like home. So happy to be back to @multifitgym and to be able go all out with my training.
Honestly though, I was both, excited and nervous for my first day back at my home gym. I’ve had to adapt my training to whatever equipment I could get my hands on while I’ve been away, so while my training has been consistent, my methods haven’t. My first session back was definitely challenging and after a long, long time, I could feel my body really struggling through a workout. The weights felt heavier, my body was tapping out earlier and I could tell I was a lot more stiff because of all the recent travel.
The number one reason I could push through is because of everyone that’s always there to push and support me and convince me that I’m stronger than I actually am
