Green smoothie bowl (frozen banana, mango, pineapple, kiwi, kale, spinach, watermelon juice and a date) topped with muesli, banana and ground flaxseed I was surprised by how nice this was, didn’t taste ‘green’ at all!

Left photo I was training 4/5 cardio sessions a week and only 1/2 weight session (light weights) and eating (I won’t say very)...but a strict(ish) diet.
Right photo I am training 4/5 weight sessions a week and 1/2 cardio sessions a week (normally boxing for cardio) focusing on eating more (lots of vegetables and protein) and enjoying life a bit with the occasional pizza!
It’s SO important to have a balance in fitness and life! Have a good training routein but don’t beat yourself up if you have a bad week or a bad eating day.
If you don’t have a balence you won’t be happy. Find YOUR happy medium and love your body through every stage #laurenfitlove
