PR 🤷♀️: Originally I picked the Long Beach half in October with 🤩thinking I’d be ready to finally push the knee.
A few months of training and crazy travel later, I’m revising my goal to simply beat my Steamboat time. Which means I’m still making post injury progress and hey I’ll finish 13.1 in roughly the same time it took Kipchoge to crush the Berlin Marathon this morning 🤣🤣😁
This isn’t a doubting myself or pity post, just an honest assessment.
Are you able to change a goal without judging yourself for it??
