I think it's super important to be aware of the expectations we set for ourselves! .
Especially when it comes to achieving progress, continuously over time! But really with anything in life! .
Ensure your expectations are in line with your work and effort you are putting in, you can't expect to achieve something, or be disappointed that you aren't achieving goals you have set out, if you aren't putting the work in continuously. Ensure they are realistic to your lifestyle, and that they are in line with whatever you want to achieve with your goals, life, career. .
If you want to achieve big things, then I think you should expect a lot from yourself! Expect to prioritise your health and fitness, expect to get your training in even on days your not feeling it, be on point with your nutrition, expect to have late nights, and make many sacrifices for were you want to be. .
Whatever the goal is you have, I think there is only one person stopping you, and that's you, raise your expectations you have if you want to get certain results from yourself, never ever stop learning, have a vision and put the work in ♀️♀️♀️
