Do you sit at a desk all day? Here is an exercise to get your entire body activated and prepared for this #funfriday.
A variation of the bear crawl, some people may also know this as a table top crawl.
I sometimes enjoy slowing things down and working on my overall mobility. This exercise will improve stability and strengthen many different muscle groups (shoulders, arms, core, glutes and more), a complete body workout.
As you can see I am performing this movement slowly with as little movement as possible. I also use a dumbell on my back as an indicator of my overall movement, ensuring all muscles are engaged and limited hip movement movement, minimal swaying back and forth and that your back stays flat. This movement can also be performed backwards. But don't let that dumbell fall!
