Bien qu'ayant adoré les entrées de @latelierduparc j'ai moins aimé mon filet de merlu en croûte Tout séparément ça marchait mais je trouvais que l'association marchait moins bien. Dommage !

Even though I loved the entrées at @latelierduparc I liked my cod a lot less Separately everything was good but the association did not work for me. Such a pity ! To have more info on my experience check out the blog (link in the profile to change the language click on -top right-)

Nibbles between endless tastes of gorgeous Mexican wines. It’s such a pleasure to support this country...in my mind it’s just an extension of California not a place for a wall or an us vs them mindset. #bajauncorked
Had a super fun time at the #HomeOfTheFuture event tonight! We were guided by the talented @rlachaine & grilled up a delicious meal (see pic numba 4!!)🥩 I got to take home what is essentially a "spatula of the future," that uses a thermal camera to detect heat signatures - invented by badass @christinesunu Thanks to @voxmedia for the invite, & to @ford@verge@curbed@voxmedia for putting on such a wonderful event!!🤩 Check out my story for more pics of the house! I’m so glad I got to get out of the house before my surgery tomorrow. Now, time for a week of literally not leaving the house at all

Sunday Spaghetti > Sunday Scaries. Finally tried the famous #Scarpetta pasta today all while having a nice view of the #Pride festivities in NYC. See more from @scarpettarestaurants on my Instagram Story!
Sunday funday got off to a great start with brunch at @formentoschi today! Great patio and a mix of menu classics like their life changing bucatini and brunch specialties like this avocado toast with lump crab, pickled chiles and poached egg! Stemilt sweet cherries pickled with clove, cinnamon, mustard seed, ginger, black pepper and a dash of port. And some other stuff. And more than a dash of port.

For real though, please swipe for the actual scoop on this amazing ice cream made by the bright youngins @jrscoopicecream, for a really great cause. We’re excited to have it in the shop this summer!
The King of Burgers in LA.. ERB’s Single burger (I made it into a double).... straight to the point no fuss no unnecessary additions... just the most juicy black peppered prime chuck patty, melty cheddar all between the perfectly soft yet crisp edge egg brioche bun... I crave this often
hot damn.... ERB now has a Jucy Lucy.... a burger with cheese stuffed inside their already fantastic prime beef chuck patty... to kick it up another notch they use queso Oaxaca... look at this beauty... (however I still prefer their original no fuss Single Burger here)

We’re packing up and heading to the lake for a week, and I don’t think I could’ve waited even one more day. Isn’t that always the case for vacations? Anyyywayyyy, #whole30 roasted sweet potato wedges with fast guac, homemade taco seasoned beef & crunchy toppings (recipe below). I posted a video walking through the potato wedges and guac to my stories, so check that out if you get a sec. Happy Friday!
SWEET POTATO WEDGES
4-6 small sweet potatoes
3-4 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 425. Mix the oil and seasonings. Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with the oil, then lay on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes, turning once.
1 tsp fresh cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 tsp salt
Mash all ingredients together (pretty obvious I know lol!) and serve.
Brown 1 lb ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking apart and turning often. Drain excess grease. Mix 2-3 Tbsp of taco seasoning (see below) and 1/4 cup water with beef. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through, turning often.
2 T chili powder
1 T cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
