Today was a class that I’ll never forget Thank you to all our January challengers for your support & badass energy. You all achieved 14+ Barry’s classes & learned a lot about macros thanks to @thekatelync
My two biggest learnings:
1) Write down your meal plan every day.
2) If you really to succeed, SHARE your daily plan with one other person to keep your accountable every day.
For those of you not ready for a macro diet, I highly recommend you start a breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snack food journal. Commit to no sugar and no alcohol 6 days a week. Give yourself 1 “treat” meal a week. SHARE this with your accountably buddy for 3 weeks and let me know when you finish!
And remember what I said today, we are MORE than body fat %, we are MORE than muscle mass %, we are MORE than a NUMBER. So don’t get too fixated on the scale - eat to live, workout to feel alive, and help others. Together we are stronger. #fitfam #barryssf #powerinunity
