I’m thinking of starting my own challenge group! I love creating a community around fitness goals and health and wellness in general and as we head into the holiday season which is full of land mines, I want to proactively commit to my health and fortify myself with the strength of a community. Temptation and justifiable excuses are still just excuses. I’m all for balance and allowing myself indulgences here and there but my health goals are about feeling good and my body feels bad when I fill it with bad-for-me Foods and when I don’t work out. I’ve been working out nearly daily for months and I’m filled with energy and optimism and have changed my entire life over the last seven months. (i’ll be sharing more about what those changes have been and are, here soon). If anyone is interested and not currently signed up on beachbody, raise your hand ♀️and let me know! the challenge group will be a somewhat small group of people (so, intimate) with daily check-ins (shared information, mealplans and so much more) .
