Here are the macros and ingredients for the @questnutrition cinnamon rolls. You can use any flavor bar you like. There is a cinnamon roll flavor. The only ingredients not logged are the cinnamon and stevia. You can also double the ingredients for four cinnamon rolls.
You melt the bar with some stevia, cinnamon, and the almond milk in a bain-marie. You can also melt it real quick in a microwave. Put the rest of the ingredients in the bowl once melted. Mix together to form a ball. Put the ball on some wax paper. Roll to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 2 slices. dust stevia with cinnamon on them. Roll up and bake at 350 for 11 minutes. For the topping, mix fat free cream cheese with cinnamon and stevia and top after they come out of the oven and are cooled. I also put caramel @waldenfarmsinternational syrup in the cream cheese, but that's optional.
