These are some things that we(Brennan and I) are doing this week, not to keep us on track.. but because we LOVE living a healthy lifestyle.
DRINKIN DAT WATAA
Brought multi-vitamins and our normal supplements(more so me)
Went to the grocery store and picked up some of our staple foods(oatmeal, strawberries, pb and fiber crackers for me)
We are doing a pool side workout tomorrow, swim some laps, do some squats n shit
Enjoying each other’s time and using this week to relax and not stress
Last but not least, having whatever food we want while we are here but listening to our bodies and what makes us feel good. Having an ice cream cone is good having 5, won’t make me feel my best..
Live a lifestyle that you can maintain while you are on vacation, not something that is temporary.
