My go-to PWO Shake 🍓
I love making fresh protein shakes post workout and this is one of my favourites I like to rustle up.
Especially now that the weather is warmer, I love me an ice cold shake.
It’s also super easy & quick to make with very limited ingredients too.
I use:
💕2 Scoops of @wmncom Strawberry Cupcake🍧 Daily Protein or Vanilla Whey🍨
💕 1 Cup Strawberries (the less strawberries the less thick, the more strawberries the thicker the shake)
💕 200ml of your chosen milk (I use Almond Milk)
Blend it for 30 seconds and it’ll come out super creamy, almost like an ice-cream texture 🙌🏼

Safe to say I pushed myself so hard I could barely breathe. My throat is so sore from panting.
Finished with 5 rounds of:
- slay pushing x2 20kg plates
- x3 tire flips - x10 reps battle rope
- 5 reps box jumps

Тренер, работавший с моделями VS, сказал, что ягодицы должны быть твёрдыми, как бетон, косые мышцы живота должны выделяться, а руки и бёдра быть «чёткими»☝️

Поэтому план тренировок🏋️состоит из множества упражнений для ног, для укрепления бедер и ягодиц с дополнительным весом (в том числе занятия из известной программы тренировок Brazil Butt Lift): приседания, становая тяга, взвешенные выпады, а также упражнения для бицепсов и трицепсов и отжимания💪
И, конечно, практикуется йога, растяжка, бег, плавание и пр.

Многие модели, в том числе Синди Кроуфорд, соблюдают БЕЗГЮТЕНОВУЮ диету. Я тоже ее соблюдаю совместно с Vegan🍃 (диетой, свободной от продуктов животного происхождения) и плюс РАЗДЕЛЬНОЕ питание.

🍏Овощи, фрукты, ягоды, зелень, суперфуды, орехи, различные масла (виноградных косточек, оливковое, кунжутное, тыквенное, семян расторпши, кедровое и пр.)
🍵проростки, крупы (киноа, греча, коричневый рис на гарнир, а красный и черный рис люблю добавлять в салаты), бобовые (фасоль, чечевица, горох, маш)

LET’S GET SERIOUS FOR A MINUTE...ANXIETY

it’s a scary thing to say the least, and it’s something that I thought I would never go through.

yesterday was the toughest day for me, all I wanted to do was enjoy my day and I ended up having a breakdown.
I wanted to understand why this was happening to me, what’s the reasoning?
sometimes there isn’t a particular reason.

I decided to watch a TED TALK this morning about it and I found it to be extremely knowledgeable (I always love learning about what other people have been through and their knowledge on certain subjects.) The speaker listed these helpful techniques for when you’re experiencing anxiety: ✨”do it wrong” meaning everyone thinks that they have to do EVERY. SINGLE. THING. perfect every time, even if it’s something new. do it wrong, and learn from your mistakes.
✨”forgive yourself” forgive yourself if you have a breakdown, if you have a bad day, if you’re aren’t feeling your best.
✨”everyone has a purpose” this one is a big one for me, and had the most impact. having purpose and knowing what you want to do makes your days so much better.
I wanted to share these tips with you because I know that anxiety can be a common thing, especially among young people. sharing the struggles and hard times is so much more important and authentic then putting on a mask on social media.

I want to be my most authentic self for you guys, and I hope this post helped at least a few of you 💕☺️

I almost didn’t post this video because of embarrassment. I was failing and trying things out and I just felt I looked stupid...like I was doing too much...like everything was wrong (you could probably see that in my face) BUT...I decided to post it because I realize that most people who go to the gym ALSO don’t know what they’re doing. They wear certain things cuz they don’t want the attention on them while they’re working on themselves. They may not try certain things because of the fear of looking stupid. I know. I’ve been there. You’re working on improving yourself and there’s nothing there to make fun of...it’s a beautiful journey of discovering yourself and evolving. I have been working out over 21 days with beachbody starting in March and this Beast program is 90 days!!! BUT I’ve already created my lifestyle! Kunde aldrig tro att jag skulle palla gymma två dagar i rad igen inom den närmsta tiden, men ibland måste man överraska lite för att hålla sitt förhållandet till sig själv vid liv 😅

Jag har inte tränat armar på kanske 1,5år så kände att det var dags nu! Tack vare alla avslappningsövningar och fysioterapin så har jag äntligen fått tillbaka en stor del av motoriken i händerna. Det ger ju lite mer kraft så man faktiskt orkar lyfta vikterna från marken 💪🏻😆

La in några frivändningar i mitten av passet för att se om kroppen skulle hålla ihop, visserligen hade jag inte ens en tredjedel av vikten som jag brukade börja med förut men.. better safe then sorry! Det var så jääääkla jobbigt men så kul!! Det blir så mycket roligare att träna när man faktiskt får lyfta ovanför huvudet igen 💪🏻 trotts att det blev ett snabbt armpass så •
Hade jag nog aldrig orkat utan PWOn Core Performance från @svensktkosttillskott !! Jag brukar inte få nån positiv effekt av pwo i vanliga fall men av nån anledning får jag lite mer go i kroppen av denna! Så jäkla bra när man hittar nått som funkar 😁🥤

Some heavier squat work until failure 🙃
I’m pretty out of practice of heavy lifting. My body was not ready to go deep and explode up after weeks of high reps. I know I could have had a stronger 2 rep set, and a successful 3 rep set if I wasn’t so psyched out about more weight😣🤷🏻‍♀️
135lb is definitely nowhere near my previous PRs, but it’s what I’m working with now and I really want to improve form at this weight.
I decided I’m going to do another high volume week before my low volume. I really want to be prepared to push heavy weight and make some solid gains💪🏼💥
The gym has definitely not been my # 1 priority this year but I’ve made it there a steady 4-5 days a week. I’m definitely ready to step it up and take my training up another notch🏋🏻‍♀️😏
