First I had two hands on the ground to just activate my gluts, then I take my opposite hand off the ground to include #core #balance ... .
You will notice that my #spine is straight, not hyper extended, then I am only contracting my gluts as I drive my foot back, then you will see my crunch towards my elbow to activate my core.
