You are what you eat. focused through the second time my wieght stopped decreasing. 166.6 lb this week and 166.6 lb last week. I changed my diet again lol! This time I'm sure it is going to work. I'm doing carb cycling now. which you play with ur macros having low carbs day and medium carbs day and one refeed day. after all I just need to shred that last layer of fat which is at the most 10 lb . and I have 6 weeks to the show. so dropping 1.6-2 a week is ideal. and I think with this diet I'm just going to shred the fat crazy. My TDEE 2300 calories " stands for total daily energy expansion in other words if I eat 2300 calories my wieght stays the same". with this diet I'm cutting 700 calories to shred the fat. no more jokes lol!
in the last 10 weeks I dropped 16 lb very slow staying around 2700 calories a day " high ntensity workout and cardio" which is good. now is time to speed up things. I'm looking to drop 3 lb this week and the week after it. then I will do more adjustment.
here is my carb cycling:
Saturday, Sunday, Thursday: low carbs 100 g
Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday: medium carbs 200 g
Friday high carbs day: 400-500 g
I'm going to burn 2000 calories through the week
which leaves me with 11500 cal/week
which is about 1600 calories each day when we spreads them. #bodybuilding#fitness#fitnessmotivation#fitfam#fit#positivevibes#gym#strong#positivevibes#back#triceps#physique#lifestyle#success#engineering#atheistic#gymlife#flex#flexfriday #arms#goals#qoutes#motovation#fit#fitnessmodel#cheatmeal#gym
It's DEFINITELY a start! New client had her hair previously done (recently!) she came in and being a level 1 naturally had some copper lines of demarcation and her ends were GREEN. The ends were also extremely damaged from over processing bleach and were fried. I carefully cut the ends and dry cut the split parts in the middle parts of her hair being that she wanted to keep her length which was tough! And bleached her TWICE with two toners and so far this is an amazing start!!!! She can finally wear her hair down!
Weeks like this one remind me of how far I have really come. I am FAR from where I want to be (mentally & physically), but a photo popped up from five years ago of myself in a club where my shoulder bones are sticking out, and you can pretty much see the ribs on my back and the fur on my skin as my body tried desperately to keep me warm ♀️ And on Thursday, I has this CRAZY delicious 'No Fish' burger @thecanberrafishshack WITH CHIPS. It has taken me five years, FIVE FUCKING YEARS to be able to eat chips and not feel like I'm worthless for eating them .
Sorry for the long post, but for anyone who thinks they won't be able to eat chips (or chocolate, or bread, or any other fear food) again, there are brighter days ahead! I'll be hanging out for #transformationtuesday to post but this is a different kind of (mental) #transformation.
