This is my crack! Do you have a food that you just can't stop eating once you start too?
I usually don't have too many cravings anymore.... thank you daily nutrition shake for satisfying my body on a deeper level!!!
But, this one got me! I picked this up last weekend and realized that it's something that I can't buy or have around me right now. Out of sight, out of reach, out of the kitchen keeps it out of my mouth!
Seriously, it was all I could do on Sunday not to scarf the whole container while watching the game! #mindlesseating
The thing is, I was able to pay attention, recognize it, and stop myself from refilling my dish....something that I haven't always done or even been as conscious of until starting this new food freedom program! I'm realizing that I can have it, but do I need it? Is it actual hunger, or just a habit?
Any change is hard at first, but I know it gets easier and easier the more I do it. Lesson learned. I'll be passing this treat by at the store for a bit, especially if it's coming in a large container that can tempt me to eat it all!
