How do you cope with stress? Everyday stress has been really getting to me recently. I've found myself closing off from my nearest and dearest and generally not being my usual calm and collected self. There is so much pressure on people to succeed and keep on top of everything nowadays! Keep the house clean, go to work, fit in training, eat this, eat that, purchase this, book that, ring them... It never ends! I'm secretly a instagram yoga lurker, I adore looking at the shapes people can make with their bodies! Instead of crashing in bed or staying up late (using that small portion of the day to do what I want to do) I thought I'd throw some shapes on the yoga mat. I need to do yoga more. To all the yogis out there, how do you make sure you incorporate yoga into your daily routine?
