Mix up all ingredients - namely oats and some sort of liquid - before bed and allow them to soak overnight in the refrigerator. This will soften the oats eliminating the need for cooking.

1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 banana, ripe and smashed
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Milk (depending on the consistency you prefer, use less milk for thicker consistency and you can always add more before eating, if needed) * Add chia seeds or flax seeds, if desired!
Combine all ingredients in a Mason Jar, gently stir to combine and store in refrigerator overnight. Top with your favorite ingredients - honey, nuts, banana slices, more peanut butter, fruit, granola, etc.
