I’ve always neglected core because it always hurts so much when you’re doing the exercises 😂 but I’ve recently started Pilates and realized how lacking my core strength really is.
This exercise is similar to one I did in Pilates recently. .
Make sure your back is firmly on the ground - elevate your legs, but not too low as we don’t want your back to arch. Roll up through your spine and lift your legs high. You’ll feel a good crunch in your upper & lower abs here! Then slowly roll down your spine & repeat. .
