🔓 I have my account back! I forgoed the vegan scene for a while and when I decided to log back in, there was a password theft issue so I was locked out (or so I thought). Then 1.5 years later (aka today), I decided to scroll through this account again to look at my photos and captions for inspiration for healthy food. I really was religiously living my life around my vegan food. While I admired my past self, I’m also glad I took a breather from being controlling of every single detail of my life. Anyway, I got my inspiration and also wanted to log in again to give it a shot. Lo and behold, Instagram finally let me back home! ☃️ What a stroke of luck.
This is part of the sweet potato cake I made for my mum for her birthday in July 2018!
It’s a non-vegan cake containing plain flour, refined sugar, eggs, etc. But I really loved it because I love Korean cakes for their lightness and simplicity. The sweet potato is mild and just adds some starchy sweetness to the sponge layers. 🍠
