NOT GOING TO LIE...last night’s 🍑 sesh was a bit rough💩😅. .
Between traveling, it being my 3rd low carb day in a row, THAT time of the month, my least fav gym ever🤦🏼♀️...and dead headphones (yep still wore them because don’t talk to me at the gym ok🌝), I was NAWT feeling it at first😂. .
That being said, rough doesn’t equal bad. It doesn’t need to. “Not feelin it” doesn’t mean not pushing, tired doesn’t equate to weak, and no music doesn’t equate to f*** it🤷🏼♀️. .
I felt pretty damn fly finishing that lift tbh. THAT is a good feeling😎.
