Why excersise?
1) Regular weight loss increases your metabolic rate which in turn burns more calories
2) Exercising can make you feel happier by releasing endorphins (positive feelings) while decreasing the feelings of anxiety, depression and stress.

4) It reduces chances of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart problems, etc.. 5) Last but not least,ย  it can improve self confidence. How does it feel when you hop on the treadmill and push yourself as far as you can go? Good, I'm guessing. Right there, you are improving your self confidence and positive body image, knowing that you're doing something really good for yourself.

95 percent of people who use the #abwheel in the gym are doing it wrong. A lot of people do abs and instead of hitting the abdominals, they end up using more arms and hip flexors like in the first video. If you are not strong enough you will fall on your face!

3 things to keep in mind when you are performing this exercise
1. Keep your back rounded so you can engage your abs.
2. Feel the stretch in your abs and let your core bring you back to balance
3. Take your time and squeeze your abs and flutes through the movement
