So, today I wanted to have a lill talk about “Anger Management!”
Few years back I was having some serious trouble controlling my temper. It would just shoot up and the outburst would be so bad, it would make me say things I didn’t mean; Hence, the regret afterwards! 😓
Gradually, in a moderate manner I worked on it, tried to remain calm in situations where it would almost explode my mind.
Not to forget! It’s a normal human emotion easily manageable but requires some work.
What helped me out the most are these little things like:
1️⃣ Give your reaction some time!
Listen/see➡️absorb➡️think➡️take a deep breath➡️see if your reaction is worthwhile
2️⃣ Manage your expectations, don’t let them manage you. You are smart enough to do that. 👩🏫.
3️⃣ Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!
In any form that suits you and you love doing. I prefer Yoga! 🧘♀️ Let all the toxins come out of your mind and body and give way to positivity!
4️⃣ Being pessimistic is the easiest thing to do!
What’s difficult? To look out for positivity in every situation. Change your perspective.Look at other angles and it’ll change your entire view.🧐
5️⃣ Most importantly!
Think of all the relationships you’re affecting with your temper!
Do we really need that? 🤨
Think twice before reacting!
