6 x 3 Sumo Deadlifts 185 (moderate weight for speed)
6 x 10 curtsy lunges with 10lbs
3x 20 walking lunges @ 60lbs
3x10 single leg hip ups
Ended with 8 bike sprints!
Time to refuel and relax!
