S'il y a bien un bonheur que j'ai redécouvert en perdant mes 27kgs en 8 mois c'est la joie de pouvoir porter les vêtements dont j'ai envie 👗 .
Avant je ne trouvais jamais ce que je voulais dans les boutiques ''''''normales''''''(lolmdr) et quand je trouvais un vêtement à ma taille et qui ne m'allait pas trop mal c'était le bonheur 😅 .
Forcément j'ai dû refaire toute ma garde-robe et je dis bien TOUTE (culottes, soutif 👙 parce que je suis passée d'un F à un C ! et tous les autres vêtements...) .
Évidemment je ne regrette absolument PAS, c'était la meilleure décision de ma vie ! 💞

Alors il n'y a pas de solution MIRACLE, ma perte de poids tient en trois concepts 👉 RÉÉQUILIBRAGE ALIMENTAIRE (j'ai tout revu, moins de féculents, plus de légumes et protéines) / SPORT (environ 4h par semaine cardio et muscu) / JEÛNE INTERMITTENT (j'arrête de manger à 20h et je reprends le lendemain à midi, j'ai donc 16h par jour où je jeûne) 🌸 .
C'est à VOUS de vous bouger les fesses, personne ne le fera pour vous 😅 Mais quand vous voyez le poids de 100kgs qui se rapproche doucement et votre médecin qui vous dit attention.... Ça devient une question urgente il faut arrêter de se trouver des excuses 😕

This is my lovely Granny Anne on her 90th birthday. She started her speech with "I never expected to live this long" but by god she looked after herself and after 90 years she's still living alone in her own home.

Hello beautiful People hope you all doing great today 🙌 I have the best exercise for you biceps 💪 it's my favorite exercise and about to become yours too 😋 The Incline bench spider curl, Badass name right 😂 Here's how to do it -
-
1️⃣Lie against an incline bench, with your arms holding a barbell and hanging down in a horizontal line. This will be your starting position
2️⃣While keeping the upper arms stationary, curl the weight up as high as you can while squeezing the biceps. Breathe out as you perform this portion of the movement. Tip: Only the forearms should move. Do not swing the arms
3️⃣After a second contraction, slowly go back to the starting position as you inhale. Tip: Make sure that you go all of the way down
4️⃣Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions

1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
2 Eggplants (large, cubed)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
1 Green Bell Pepper (diced)
1 tsp Cumin
1 1/2 cups Diced Tomatoes

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the eggplant and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add the bell pepper and cumin, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Then stir in the tomatoes and cook for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.

3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
