Time to get sweaty on Sunday! Like this post if you're into morning workouts! 🌄💪💖 I'm at the gym in the A.M. 99% of the time for a few reasons.
1. It sets a positive and productive tone to my day. I'm way more likely to get stuff done when I start off with a sweat.
2. Energy boosting! This plays into my productivity levels for sure, as I have the motivation to make it through the day without hitting a wall and crashing midday.
3. The sooner I work out, the less likely I am to talk myself out of it as the day goes on. If you find yourself skipping your evening workouts because you're just "too tired", then try to schedule your exercise earlier on. It's way more likely to happen!
So to sum it up, prioritize those fitness sessions as early as you realistically can. And don't shrug it off if you're simply not a morning person. Cause I never used to be either, but after sticking with a morning routine that gives me the energy, the confidence, and the motivation to achieve my goals and sustain my results, I wouldn't have it any other way! 💪💪💪
