¿A quién le gustan las palomitas? 🍿 Pues son un snack muy sano si las preparas en casa! Nosotras las cocinamos en una olla con aove hasta que saltan y luego las metemos al horno a 180C con una cucharada de miel por encima y las dejamos hasta que se doren. Con sirope de arce también quedan buenísimas si prefieren la opción vegana ✨🌽 ¿Qué les parece la idea?

Quasi fratata: bell peppers, garlic, kale, tomatoes, mushrooms, boiled red potatoes sautéed in olive oil. Add egg, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto, scramble a bit. Pour into baking dish while eggs are not completely cooked. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan. Bake at 425 til eggs cook (depends how wet they are when added). A ton of lemon juice and lime juice, a bit of olive oil, chia and sunflower seeds, pepper, pink himalayan salt ( not on the strawb).

Например, вы решили пойти с друзьями в зал, рассчитывая, что каждому из вас будет стыдно, если он пропустит занятие. Но не забывайте, что друзья могут как-нибудь взять и забить, и тогда вы лишитесь стимула, на котором всецело покоится ваша мотивация 😂Когда вы не можете что-то сделать без стимула, вы начинаете зависеть от него, а это признак безволия и недостатка самоорганизации. Спорт - это школа самодисциплины, ведь он учит переступать через «не хочу». Поймите, вы занимаетесь спортом не для того, чтобы кому-то что-то доказать, а для того, чтобы иметь хорошее здоровье, жить дольше, ловить на себе жадные взгляды проходящих мимо мужчин и женщин. Но прежде всего, вы делаете это для себя!
