Ion X at the Arc de Triomphe in Paris
We have done so much walking during our short stay at Paris, about 20,000 steps p/day! Just so many places to see. Today we leave for Disneyland our final destination on our Europe holiday!

Look Around you. How many people do you think are settling ? Probably a hell of a lot. People settle into okay relationships, okay jobs, okay friends, and okay life. Why ? Because life is COMFORTABLE. Okay pays the bills and provides a warm bed at night. Some people are fine with okay, and guess what ? That's okay.
But okay isn't THRILLING, it isn't PASSIONATE, it's not LIFE CHANGING or UNFORGETTABLE. Okay is not the reason you risk absolutely everything you've got for the chance that something absolutely AMAZING could happen..

Is a glute circuit POSSIBLE in 30 minutes?! AbsolutelyIncluded circuit with weights I used below
15 flat back deadlifts (50lb dumbbell)
15 goblet squats (50lb)
20 alternating reverse lunges (2 25's)
12 cable kickbacks (each leg, 12.5lb)
12 lateral cable kickbacks (each leg, 7.5lb)
90sec weighted wall sit after set 2 and 4!! (10lb)
