It was 11PM, but I still got my workout done! and with good timing, because the baby woke up!
Not gonna lie, it’s hard to take care of yourself as a new mom.
I’m not saying there isn’t any time, because EVERYBODY has 30 minutes somewhere in their day... but the time you do have, sometimes you just wanna do nothing you wanna catch up on sleep, watch TV in peace, or maybe just play an hour of iPhone games ♀️ but as great as all of those things are, I know they won’t help me get in shape and won’t help me stay healthy for years to come (except for sleep... sleep is important too ) So I did it.
I pressed play. I had fun. I got sweaty.
And now, finally, I’m showered and in bed.
On that note, GOODNIGHT! Tomorrow is another day, filled with more opportunities to choose to make my health a priority!
