“We don’t alway control what happens to us. But we always control how we interpret what happens to us as well as how we respond to it “
One thing I have really been workin on. Is how I respond to the craziness that life throws at me. -
This is a surprisingly hard task . When something goes wrong or upsets me. I can get mad and play the victim, or I can choose to not let it disrupt my life. -
Even if something isn’t your fault, you still have the power to choose to let it be. -
Easier said than done.. I know.
There was a time when smiling was HARD, forced and faked!! I was miserable at such a young age and there was no way I could spend the next 30 plus years doing the same daily routine all while being miserable. I’m so thankful that joy and happiness is all i feel in the morning now!! #makeachoice#ichoosehappiness#blessings#blessed
No one is responsible for your happiness but yourself! Get up and make that decision to be happy! Smile, even if it's forced. This advice has been hard for me lately. I've been a bit grumpy. There are many reasons for feeling down, but those reasons will NOT get in the way of my happiness! I chose happiness... Every day! How about you?
Learning the importance of balance between hard work and rest for our body, mind, and soul is one of the hardest things to do these days. Yet our ability to move forward with a clear and invigorated mind depends on it so let’s make it happen. #ichoosehappiness#nature#grateful@leer_gold
