WATER Speaking of that giant water fountain from the other day...
Did you know that it’s very important for cats to get enough water? You should always be sure your cat is drinking plenty of water, ESPECIALLY if their primary diet is dry food.
To encourage drinking, you might want to look into getting a drinking fountain. Why? You might have noticed that your cat likes to drink from the faucet, or even from your glass when you’ve just had a sip. Water that moves captures cats’ interest. After all, in the wild, their natural sources of water include streams, lakes, puddles, etc. So maybe your cat’s little bowl of still water isn’t motivating them to drink so much.
There are plenty of different models of fountains out there. Ours is silent and includes two filters. The water bubbles out of the little ceramic green tower and causes ripples in the water below. Bonus points that it looks like a hat No matter what you keep your cat’s water in, make sure to refresh it daily to keep it clean and delicious •
