When I was young, I saw myself becoming a mom one day but was terrified of getting pregnant. I could see my littles running around, playing and laughing. Sometimes I thought it would never happen because of my fear of labor and pain. One day my husband and I decided to try and see what happens. For years I thought it was impossible for me to get pregnant so it was quite a shock when I saw those two lines on that stick. I cried happy tears and tears that just came from the overwhelming feeling that this was really happening. No turning back now!
And here we are 5 years later with two beautiful “babies”. When I tell my labor stories the pain is something that rarely ever comes up. My biggest fear became my smallest fear, and in the end, nonexistent. Fear is whatever you make it. It can push you in the right direction or it can stop you from doing something that you ultimately want to do. It’s okay to be afraid, but it’s important to stare it in the face and say no matter what, I’m doing this. Women are strong and resilient. Women are brave. We create life within us and that’s something to be proud of. To all you moms out there, go forth into the world fearless, always hold your head high, and go with the flow of life and whenever it may take you. #momlife #proudmommy #family #fearless #bravemoms #lifeisbeautiful #iloveme #ilovethem #momsareamazing
