June 2016-November 2017. I wanted shoulders SO BAD. What did I do? I ate, I incorporated more frequency in my training (ditch the bodybuilder "bro" split, people!!!), and I began rotating my rep schemes. So basically I just started listening to @mindpumpmedia lol. All things are possible through science when that picture was taken in 2016 I had already been lifting for like 2 years.
