All my life I have struggled with my weight. I'd start a workout program with high expectations and never actually finish it because I wasn't believing in myself nor was I trusting the process!
I have a challenge this week to tell my WHY. Why I joined the #250KCHALLENGE?
I have a few reasons why but mostly for my two younger daughters.
I dont want them to think of me as a QUITTER.
I want them to see me as a strong person who can start something and finish to the end no matter the outcome and to show them that they can also do anything they put their mind to.
This challenge will give me the confidence to get my life back so that I can enjoy doing the things I want with my children instead of always being the "inside mom".
This challenge is the motivation I need to keep going through these 12 weeks. Its going to help me believe in myself that I can finish what I started.
Not only that, but the grand prize helps out when it come to motivating me too.
Although this is a scary adventure and SO out of my comfort zone, I'm taking a leap of faith in myself and trusting the process.
So whether I win or not, at least I believed in myself enough to finish what I started.
We all know that after having a baby our bodies will never be the same. But one thing I know better is that, those stretch marks are just memories tattooed on my skin, reminding me God used my body to give life to the most important little human in my life. Pero hay una cosa que se mucho mejor es que esas estrías son simplemente memorias tatuadas en mi piel recordándome que Dios ha usado mi cuerpo para darle vida a la personita más importante en mi vida. Yeah - I’m just that cool to be posting about a tuna melt over here on a Friday night
But of all the things in my stories this week, this little guy generated a lot of convo so why not move it here ♀️
It’s just: @foodforlifebaking sprouted grain bread (which keeps me full so much longer than regular whole grain bread )
Tuna, which I like to mix with a little mayo and lemon juice and sometimes mix it pickles or relish, onions, celery, apples or carrots for little more flavor and crunch
. @daiyafoods dairy-free cheese, which is the best and most dairy-like textured and tasting cheese I have found
Sometimes I add in @traderjoes Everything But the Bagel Seasoning too - so good!
So there we have it! The weekend just gets more exciting from here y’all
