Last years Kcon LA was amazing! I was so nervous to go up there and dance, but I had practiced The Eve when it dropped, specifically for this moment. I don’t really know any other way to gain confidence other than just throwing yourself out there, you’ll either have an anxiety attack or get through it so I nosedived :p
The dancers and audience at the Toyota Booth are always so nice, I can’t wait for the upcoming Kcon LA! Who’s going? Let’s be friends :’D
I'm sharing this again because a new law went into effect in South Korea stating that males 28+ who have not completed their mandatory military service, will not be permitted to travel abroad.
I was REALLY hoping to be able to see VIXX perform at their own concert (rather than KCON) before the oldest members have to enlist in the military. (Also hoped to see B.A.P again too)
Since that has been taken off the table now, I'm gonna be thankful that I was able to get this close to one of my all time favorite artists, last year at KCON.
And pray that VIXX and B.A.P will be together and tour when they return
This mask is really thin and soft, and almost invisible when on. The fit and adherence were great, too. The essence was clear and runny, and had a kind of odd scent. At first I thought it smelled kind of chemical-y, but it mellowed out into a sort of... honey-like scent? It wound up reminding me of the original Papa Recipe mask, haha.
I wore this mask for about half an hour. It felt cooling while I had it on, and after taking it off my skin was really bouncy and refreshed. The essence dried down quickly to a satin finish, so this would probably work as a morning mask as well. Overall, I really liked this mask! I would repurchase if given the opportunity.
Tonight's mask I got at #KCONLA2017! My skin is feeling a bit temperamental (I think it may be sunscreen related...) so I was hoping this would be hydrating and soothing. I probably should have chosen a specifically soothing mask to be honest, but hind sight is 20/20.
This mask was of average thickness and seemed a bit papery to me. The essence was viscous, somewhere between an essence and a lotion. The mask didn't fit terribly well, and the bottom half kept siding down until it had dried down a bit.
The unfortunate thing is it started low-key tingling/stinging pretty much as soon as I put it on. I also got a bit of essence in my eye and that definitely stung. That's happened to me before though, and it hasn't necessarily meant that my skin will have a bad reaction afterward, so I stuck it out for half an hour or 40 minutes and that feeling of irritation faded.
After using this mask, my face doesn't look red or irritated, which is great! My skin also feels really bouncy. I'm not sure if I would repurchase because of the tingling, but I'll use the others I have in my stash!
