This morning I rolled out of bed at 6:00 AM to go to the gym with a great friend. I haven’t been to the gym in over a year. 👎🏽 BUT, with that being said, it’s time to get back to work and become healthy again. 💪🏽😇

♥ Mz Keto Jellytip Bars 🍫 🥥 ★ Swipe for Macros [Per Bar], Ingredients & Process Videos
✦ Mix together Sugar Free Raspberry Jelly, Gelatin & add boiled water, Mix well & leave to cool
✦ Melt Coconut Oil on a low heat then add Coconut Cream MCT Powder
✦ Add Jelly layer into Silicon molds 1/3 the way up
✦ Freeze for 7mins
✦ Add Coconut oil mix as second layer
✦ Freeze for 5mins
✦ Melt Dark Chocolate & Cacao Butter in a small pot on the stove on a low heat then add Coconut Cream MCT Powder
✦ Let chocolate cool for a minute then pour into moulds as the third layer
✦ Freeze for 7mins then pop the bombs out & store in a snap lock bag or container in the fridge
☾ Tips: Make sure you melt your chocolate on a low heat to prevent it burning
✦ Jelly doesn’t stick to coconut so hold it together when you eat it
✦ MCT Powder not necessary for mix
✦ You can mix in one of your favourite protein or collagen powders
✦ Make sure you don’t add too much water to the jelly mix

Max Effort Accessory Work

Something @zachhomol and myself started to talk about maybe 3 weeks as a variation to add into our training. Most of our “Heavy” lifts are our Main Movements and Main Accessory movements. Our Sub-Accessory mostly pertained of increased reps with as heavy as weight possible we could do there. [. ]
As with anything training wise it’s always super easy to add a new stimulus for the muscle. Whether that’s Different Bars, Alternating Between Grips, Increase/Decrease Reps/Weight. Accessory work should be no different. If lifting Maximal weight Optimally will help build a denser muscle in the main compound movement, the stimulus should be no different in your Accessory work. Validation of our hypothesis from outside sources is always good to have, we recently saw west side make a post on doing a 3RM on the standing leg curl after hitting a couple sets of moderate weight for 12-15.

According to west side post the idea weight to use for this particular movements 3RM is around 25% of your 1RM of the deadlift. Here’s 100# leg curls for 3. Proving that indeed the hamstrings aren’t developed to where they need to be. Don’t hesitate in trying to add new stimulus to your Accessory work also!

I was in Dollarama one day and spotted this. I bought it but not with the intention of eating it but more like “What the hell is this?” I take it over and show my mom and her friend and then later forgot about it and left. Next day my mom says her friend Noel tried the corn. I asked how it was because Noel is such a polite man who never complains and never wastes food. His reply, “Well, it was an interesting texture....and flavour but one bite was enough.” ....and into the garbage it went. So in other words for $1.25 this tasted like garbage. I can’t believe people buy this.

No one should eating corn in my opinion. Corn is not a vegetable, it’s a worthless grain. Corn has phytic acid, which can chelate certain minerals in the gut and prevent proper absorption of them.
.
Always eat foods in their natural form without packages and processing...except corn. Corn is neither keto or Primal.

INGREDIENTES
Massa:
* 1 ½ xícaras de mussarela
* 100 cream cheese
* 1 ¼ xícara de farinha de amêndoa
* 1 ovo
* O receheio:
* 1 quilo de carne moída
* ½ xícara de cebola picada
* ¼ xícara de azeitonas verdes picadas (se desejar)
* 1 colher de chá cada: chile em pó, cominho, páprica defumada
* 1 colher de sopa de azeite
* ⅓ xícara salsa de escolha

RECEITA PASTEL LOW CARB – PREPARAÇÃO
Preaqueça o forno a 220 graus.
Em uma panela em fogo médio, cozinhe as cebolas em 1-2 colheres de sopa de azeite até que estejam ligeiramente amolecidas. Adicione a carne moída e rompa com uma espátula. Tempere a mistura de carne com pó de chile, cominho e páprica defumada. Cozinhe até dourar. Adicione salsa e azeitonas se estiver usando. Reserve.
Enquanto a carne estiver cozinhando, adicione mussarela e cream cheese a uma tigela e ao micro-ondas por um minuto. Retire e mexa bem, em seguida, coloque de volta no micro-ondas por mais um minuto. Mexa bem.
Adicione o ovo à mistura de muçarela e cream cheese e misture bem. Em seguida, adicione a farinha de amêndoa e misture bem novamente.
Enrole a massa com um rolo ou com um pedaço de plástico por cima e use uma garrafa de vinho como rolo. Uma vez que você tenha rolado, com cerca de ¼ “de espessura, use uma tigela para cortar em formas circulares no tamanho que desejar.
Para excesso de massa, formar uma bola, em seguida, estenda novamente e repita o processo até que toda a massa tenha sido usada.

1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup swerve sweetener
3 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbs brewed coffee or water

Glaze :
1/4 cup powdered swerve sweetener
1 tbs cocoa powder
1 tbs heavy cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 - 2 tbs water

Preheat the oven to 325F and grease a donut pan very well.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, then stir in the cold coffee or water until well combined.
Divide the batter among the wells of the donut pan. If you have a six-well donut pan, you may need to work in batches.
Bake 16 to 20 minutes, until the donuts are set and firm to the touch. Remove and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then flip out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Glaze:
In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together the powdered sweetener and cocoa powder. Add the heavy cream and water and whisk to combine.
Add enough water until the glaze thins out and is of a "dippable" consistency, without being too watery.
Dip the top of each donut into the glaze and let set, about 30 minutes.

🎉 SIX MONTHS KETO 🎉 wow, I've never ever celebrated sticking to any diet for six months before IN MY LIFE. This is huge and I'm really proud of myself (and my phenomenal husband) for making it here. This last couple of weeks I was a little slack with my macros, but I'm still sitting at 39lbs down and I am THRILLED. Tracking closely, and beginning my intermittent fasting should help me out of this little rut and I'm pumped to see what more I can do! 👐 👐

The morning after a 60 hour reboot is just so satisfying. Besides feeling physically cleansed, I feel mentally stronger than I was knowing I accomplished that 💃🏻 I really think most of it is mental. I don’t need that snack. Drink more water. I don’t need that much on my plate. Make better choices to fuel my body.
I’m so proud of all the ladies in our group this round. We supported each other, held each other accountable and celebrated the hell out of our wins this morning!! I can’t wait to see what next months reboot brings and who is joining us for that round 👯‍♀️💜🔥

😳😳This was VERY different for me. I’ve been PRETTY on point with eating/workouts lately AND I’ve been alcohol free for three months as of this Saturday. .
.
🤭I was THE MOST QUIET I have ever ever ever been during the reboot this last time(and for that I apologize) but this time I had a WICKED migraine. .
.
I’m not really sure WHY it was that bad- because going into it I honestly felt like this was probably the “least” my body has ever “needed” the cleanse in all of the times I’ve done it.... of course in comparison to the OTHER nine times.
.
I KNOW that every single body so different, and every single reboot is different. 🤪I compared the second two pictures, Sunday in the middle, and this morning on the right... and TRULY I FEEL so good today, but really a LOT of the magic for this round was internal for me. Physically a lot of my bloat is gone and I feel tighter. .
✌🏼✌🏼I don’t own a scale, I didnt measure.... I’ve learned to just go by how I feel. I did pull up a picture from my reboot in June(first picture) just so that I could see the difference... and WOW! .
🦄I love this reboot! I love my ketones! I love how awesome I feel from the inside out on the DAILY!
