➡️ I keep all of these items in my fridge as staple foods (also dark chocolate 🤣😜) a little about this meal....Probably NOT gonna.....
- make you tired and lethargic
- make you gain weight or make you fat
- give you terrible digestion - leave you hungry - make you feel guilty
- make your brain shut down and want to nap
- raise your blood pressure, blood sugar or cholesterol - have you reaching for another meal or snack in 30-60 min - have you reaching for junk food carbs or sugar
How I eat:
-I eat low carb/ KETO principles (without counting macros) - I carb cycle 2 days per week
- I Intermittent fast (7pm-11am)
- I drink ketones 2x per day - I only to drink 1-4 alcohol beverages per month (usually😘)
- I allow myself a dark chocolate/almond butter mini fat bomb daily
- I allow myself 1 sweet treat per week (usually😜)
and I’ve never felt better in my entire life!
- I plate my food accordingly; protein, healthy fat, moderate veggies
- I am gluten and dairy free - i allow myself to get hungry before i eat again
- I drink about 1 gallon of water daily, and drink a huge glass of water before each meal or after - I do workout about 4-6 days per week because i feel energized, happy,focused and empowered for my day!
