Hallo #Freunde 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️ Ich war gestern Abend mal wieder beim #Sport und habe ein bisschen mit den da 👆🏻 gespielt 🤪 #ohnefleisskeinpreis 🏋️️‍♂️ Das Hingehen ist ja offen gestanden meist eine Überwindung, aber wenn ich dann erstmal im Studio bin und die anderen fleißigen Menschen dort sehe, packt es mich 👍🏻 Dabei folge ich keinem #Trainingsplan sondern mache alles so nach Lust und Laune. Gestern war ich erst etwas an den Geräten - Beinpresse, Adduktoren, Abduktoren und so - und dann im #crossfit Bereich. Da habe ich dann zwei Sets für die Arme gemacht und danach noch Kreuzheben mit einer 24 Kg #kettlebell 🛎️ und Crunches 😜 #hassliebe 💪🏻 Mal schauen, wann mich der #muskelkaterdestodes einholen wird. Think people forget you don't need to spend your time doing crunches all the time . You can always try something different sometimes people find it really difficult doing crunches and spend most of their time struggling and not feeling the proper effect.
So if you like this workout give it a go

30 seconds on each side.
30 seconds. Run up hill. ×4 sets
Or 30 seconds of skipping in between.

One of the first 'fitness tools' I truly fell in love with was the Complex.
-
The simple nature of them - doing a bunch of different exercises without putting the weight down - really appealed to me. That, and the HUGE, 'Band for Your Buck', element they pack... I really don't think you can afford NOT to do them.
-
Another cracking feature of them...
-
They're totally GAMIFY-ABLE!
-
What does that mean?
-
Say you're using a 20kg Kettlebell. And you're doing 5 movements, for 5 sets, of 5 reps. A little cog turning in that ole' noggin of yours, and you'll realise, you're doing 125 reps. That means you've moved that 20kg, 125 times... and, if done right - you'll have done that in well under 20 minutes.
-
That means you've shifted 2500 KILOS... 2.5 TONNES... in under 20 minutes!
-
Pretty cool, huh?
-
In fact, one of the Complexes I do sees me shift 4-5000kg, in UNDER 10 MINUTES!
-
Seriously, if you wanna' burn fat, get dead fit... all without spending hours in a gym... you NEED to be doing complexes!
-
Anyway, here's what you need to do with this one:
-
Do all movements without placing the bell down. Shoot for 3-5 reps per movement (so 15-25 reps total once through). Then, rest for 30-60 seconds before hitting the complex on the other side. Do 3-5 round per side - you can adjust this depending on how much time you have.
-
DO NOT SACRIFICE FORM OVER REPS. Keep that lower back locked in, pack the shoulders, and snap through the hips.
-
And finally, "SL Deadlift" means Single Leg Deadlift. As you're using one Kettlebell, you'll want to hit this variation of the deadlift. Take it steady with this until you lock in the movement.

Fatigued now as this is rep and set 35fifty1nine836 😂 I have often heard ( and undoubtedly other trainers - coaches - health enthusiasts) have heard people comment that the only reason achieved athletes can do what they do is because “ they are obviously taking stuff “. And I will admit long ago that exact sentence came out of my own mouth. I have a long accoladed career in professional martial arts And other sports. Until I had the chance to learn and work with professors and coaches from Russia and around the world. And repeatedly I heard the same thing “ you want to lift? You want to compete ? You want to be the best? Do you expect me to give you a magic trick ? Do you think our secret is to drink a pint of goats blood each day? No. Time. It is TIME under the bell. When you don’t lift I am lifting I am spending time under the bell. Those champions have spent and still spend time under the bell “ now this clicked for me as a “ uuuhh DUH! 😆 because in martial arts we have no issue or resistance to practice a move repeatedly. So what does this kiff story all mean? Time under the bell! ( or bar or what ever discipline ) pour time and repetition into what you want to do!
