Our #RecipeOfTheWeek is this yummaliciously healthy chocolate chip cookie, chipped in by one of our #Kidathon mommies! With no artificial sweeteners, flour or sugar, these cookies are perfect for a guilt-free after-school snack attack!

2 large ripe bananas OR 3/4th cup mashed
1 cup old fashioned oats
4 Tablespoons peanut butter/almond butter
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add bananas to a food processor and blend till it becomes smooth.
Blend remaining ingredients.
Scoop 2 tbsp of batter onto cookie sheet.
Add fruit/nuts/choco chips on to the tops of each cookie (if you want :)) Bake for 12 - 14 minutes. (The cookie may look slightly underbaked on the surface but should be cooked through. Please check by breaking open a cookie!)
