It sure is! Last night I ran 8.4k with the run crew from @therunningcompany_yarraville and I had a great time!
Just a day before I ran 4.5k thinking I’ll get back into running slowly- then BOOM!
I was so surprised at my fitness level and abilities and I’ve only woken up this morning with rightish hips, sore calves and a weary body.
Running last night, meeting people, breathing in that fresh air - damn that is a good feeling!
So today, I’m celebrating those small wins and it feels good!
