I know I’ve been posting a lot, but a lot of cool stuff has been happening at work. A SUPER RARE MUTATION on one of our Queens has been spotted! The mutation is known as leucism and has a one in a million chance of occurring. This isn’t the same as albinism, which cannot occur in insects, but still involves lack of pigment. Lo and behold, the Gray Queen of Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden! Swipe to see the original color.
