I had always been one to obsess over numbers when it came to fitness. 🤯♀️
I’d track my weight, track my body fat, track calories in, track macros, track calories out, track heart rate, track steps... and so on.
While it can be helpful to be aware of all of this ,it's not helpful when numbers run your day, impact your emotions, and take away from your ability to enjoy life FULLY.
If you're in the same boat as I was, and find yourself feeling "chained" to the scale, counting macros or whatever it is, I challenge you to start letting go and start LISTENING to your body more.
It won't be easy to relinquish some control, but saying NO to obsession means saying YES to freedom, your body's own intuition, and being more present each day. #screwthescale #crunchesthencocktails
